Cancel and delete account

To cancel and delete your account, visit the Settings > Account page and click the Delete Account button in the list of options. After clicking the Delete Account button you'll be presented with an option to either Cancel Subscription or Delete Account.

Cancel Subscription

Cancelling the subscription will retain your website content but the subscription will be cancelled. This is the best option if you have any plans to come back to Dunked and enable your subscription again in the future. With a cancelled subscription, your website won't be publicly available anymore but the data will be retained for the future for easy enablement.

• We'll keep your content for 1 year
• You can carry on where. you left off
• Your portfolio will not be visible to the public
• You will not be able to access the Dunked admin

Deleting Account

Before deleting your Dunked account, we encourage you to consider pausing your account. Pausing an account enables you cancel your current subscription, but will allow you resume your portfolio at a later date without a loss of data.

• You'll never be charged for Dunked again
• Your portfolio will be erased permanently
• Your Dunked URL will be available to other users
• If you return to Dunked, you'll need to start from scratch

Note: Deleting an account will completely remove the account and all of your content from Dunked. You will not be able to undo this action
