Add a contact form to a page

A contact form lets visitors send you messages directly from your page without leaving your site.

Enable the contact form

To add a contact form to a page:

1. Navigate to the page you want to edit
2. In the Contact Form: Optional section, check Add a contact form to this page
3. Save your changes

Once enabled, the contact form will appear on the page for visitors to submit messages.
